Craft Warehouse Assignment #5

For our fifth and almost final (sniff, sniff) project, we used the Echo Park Note to Self collection. I love everything about these papers and stickers because so much of it reminds me of when I was a kid. Also included are Studio Calico wood veneer shapes that are fun and easy to embellish with.

My first layout is of my new old friends, Pamela and Andrea, from the Design Team retreat that we attended in March in Salem, Oregon. It was the first time I have ever attended a retreat and I had an absolute blast. I am pleased to announce that I passed the audition (inside joke) and now there are six!

The second layout is my husband and me at the Oregon coast. This is a simple layout that really did not take much time to put together.

 

The third and final project is a DIB journal that is embellished with papers and stickers.

Adhere photo, patterned papers, stickers, Thickers, wood veneer shapes, and vinyl embellishment to cardstock as desired.

Tattered Angels Jazz Blue Glimmer Mist

To make the banner, place template on patterned paper and spray the Glimmer Mist until desired effect is achieved. Once the paint is dry, cut into banner shapes.

Adhere photo, stickers, patterned paper, banner, and wood veneer shapes to cardstock.

American Crafts Ribbon

Adhere stickers and papers to the outside of the journal as desired. Tie the journal closed with ribbon – great idea if giving this as a gift.
