Today on the Paper Issues blog, the design team is spotlighting projects made with any Bella Blvd. product. For this layout I pulled from a few collections, but the majority is from the Whatever is Lovely collection.
The background is made of one piece of Admirable (get it here) that I fussy cut and then reassembled on white cardstock. I added black lines to the edge of each to give it more dimension.
I finished the layout with Tiny Text stickers, chip board alphas, enamel stars, stickers, and bow on top.
