A couple of weeks ago my sweet baby girl turned 21! Yes, 21!! To celebrate this milestone of a birthday, I created an over-the-top card for her using The Cut Shoppe's Party On cut file and Simple Stories Let's Party Collection.
The different elements of the cut file can be used in so many ways!
My favorite is the candles and party hat in the background, as well as the banner that I layered behind the cake ephemera.
I finished it all off with a few enamel dots and gave it to the birthday girl.
